There Is a Lot of Technology Behind Electronic Cigarettes

The electronic cigarette is a fairly high-tech gadget encased in an aluminum shell that looks just like it’s tobacco counterpart. What all that technology has produced is a smokeless nicotine delivery system. An electronic cigarette that is free of tar, tobacco and combustion. The most advanced technology in an e-cig is in the battery. This isn’t just a power source for the unit; it also contains a “smart chip” that sets in action a chain of events. As soon at the user takes a draw on the electronic cigarette, the chip is activated and starts sending out instructions to the other components.

The first instruction is for the battery to send a charge to the atomizer. With that charge the atomizer powers on and begins to heat up. The heat from the atomizer starts turning the cartridges e-liquid to vapor. This process signals the LED “ash” light at the end of the unit to light up. All of this activity is happening instantaneously inside the cigarette like encasing.
