Luxury Homage: Batman The Dark Knight Rises Jaeger–LeCoultre Watch

In celebration of the latest cinematic release notoriously featuring Christian Bale as Batman, here comes a new luxury item: the Batman The Dark Knight Rises Jaeger–LeCoultre Watch. As a matter of fact, Batman’s day-to-day counterpart, Bruce Wayne, can be spotted wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Date in the film. To celebrate this respectful nod to the historic watchmakers, they have come out with a limited edition of the Reverso Ultra Thin, a tribute to the original watch, first issued in 1931. The limited edition item will feature The Dark Knight logo engraved and lacquered on the rear of its reversible steel case. The black dial is reminiscent of the art deco style, highly popular in the 1930s. The watches will be available in selected Jaeger-LeCoultre stores across the world, in L.A., London, Geneva, and Hong Kong.
